As a(n) Performance Supervisor you will:
Assists senior management by analyzing data and producing meaningful reports to support business decisions. Analyzes processes for efficiency improvement, and automates processes using existing technology. Works closely with team members and senior management regarding system enhancements, data collection, analysis, and reporting, primarily by phone and/or email. Responsible for continuous quality improvement through the ongoing analysis of information, obtained from a variety of sources, including performance, financial, and demographic data.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform monthly reports analyzing placements from various sites as compared to contract agreements to determine operational inefficiencies and solutions.
Upkeep of SOP, Operations manual, QAP, and Emergency manual for tracking placements
Produce monthly reports analyzing retention milestones reported for each site
Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log
Design and implement automated systems (software and processes) to automate and streamline existing Process(es)
Compile and analyze performance data relative to contractual benchmarks
Develop analysis and establish reports and dashboards that can be used to manage and produce an increase in performance to achieve performance measures
Perform ad-hoc research and analysis for management. Creates, analyzes, and ensures accuracy of data and output
Ensure 100% timeliness of reporting in monthly applicable systems
Conduct random case file/record reviews on a weekly basis using computer auditing checklist to ensure contractual performance expectations are met
Submit weekly QA reports and submit in a timely manner to Project Director
Ensure 100% of clients participate in the client satisfaction survey
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Requires the ability to analyze and automate processes utilizing existing technology
Expert knowledge of workforce services
Understanding of database concepts and web design
Good communication, telephone and customer service skills, strong oral and written skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must have at least five (5) years experience in workforce services field or similar qualifications from other industries

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
